PARKING:
The complex allows only one parking space per unit from May through September. A parking pass is required and will be provided in the unit upon your arrival.

We also offer an optional off-site parking space available for purchase. The overflow parking lot is located less than 2 miles away (approximately a 4–5 minute drive). Please let us know if you’d like to reserve an additional parking space for your stay.

Our condo is perfectly positioned in the heart of OIB right off East 1st St, walking distance from:

-Walking distance from Drift coffee shop, putt putt golf, several restaurants, and the Pier!

Guests can enjoy a short walk to the beach and nearby local shops and restaurants. For exploring the surrounding area, having a car is recommended. Parking is available on-site, making it easy and convenient to access the condo. The neighborhood is calm and safe, perfect for leisurely strolls.
