Welcome to Bottlenose Pointe
Pour your coffee on the screened lanai and soak up dolphin views as the sunrise turns the bay gold. This fully renovated waterfront condo in Olde Marco gives you a bay view from the sofa, the table and the lanai. Spend the afternoon by the heated pool or in the hot tub, then walk to restaurants like Snook Inn and end the night in the king bed. A true couples getaway. You came for the view. You'll stay for the quiet.
Slide the glass doors open and the bay comes inside: palms past the railing, sailboats drifting by and the marina's boat docks just below your third-floor condo. It's a single-level home with no inside stairs and an elevator in the building.
The screened lanai
Past guests say they spent most of their stay out here. The full-width screened lanai has a wicker sectional for reading and napping, a bistro table for four and a ceiling fan to keep the Gulf breeze moving. Mornings are for coffee and dolphins; evenings are for a glass of wine while the water changes color.
Living room
The open floor plan flows from the kitchen to the living room and straight out to the lanai. Sink into the sectional with the smart TV in front of you and the bay beside you.
The renovated kitchen
Cook a real meal here. Quartz counters, a crystal chandelier over the peninsula and stainless appliances: French door fridge with ice maker, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and kettle. Pull up a bar stool for happy hour or set the drop-leaf table for two. The coffee bar has drip and single-serve brewers plus stocked pods, so mornings start easy.
The king bedroom
Sleep in on the king bed with hotel-quality linens, room-darkening shades, a palm-leaf ceiling fan and its own TV for a lazy movie night. Guests keep mentioning how well they sleep.
The bathroom
Take your time in the walk-in shower with rain and handheld showerheads and a glass-block window that lets in soft Florida light. The double vanity means two people can get ready at once.
Everything you need
- Beach gear in the closet: two chairs, an umbrella, a cooler with ice packs, a beach bag and beach towels
- In-unit washer and dryer, so you can pack light and stay longer
- 900 Mbps WiFi, fast enough for video calls from the lanai
- Starter supplies: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, coffee pods, paper towels and toilet paper
GUEST ACCESS
The whole condo is yours: the screened lanai, the kitchen and coffee bar, the in-unit laundry and the beach gear closet. Self check-in uses a smart lock, and your personal code arrives before you do, so there are no keys to pick up. Riverside Club is a gated community, and its resort amenities are shared with other residents: the large heated pool, the hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and the tiki hut, where you can fire up a BBQ grill for an easy dinner. The marina and boat docks wrap around the property.
PARKING
One free parking space is included in the open surface lot on site. Please register your vehicle with the Riverside Club office on the first business day of your stay. From December 15 through April 15, guest vehicles park in the designated outer lot, so plan on a slightly longer walk in peak season. An optional RFID sticker is available for $30.
We are always here for you! Reach out on the booking platform for anything you need and we will be in touch.
