You’re just 7 minutes down Deer Creek Road (famous for car commercials) to the beach, yet far enough away to truly unplug. Close to Malibu, Pepperdine, and Camarillo shopping.
**Booking process - IMPORTANT!
- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.
- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.

**The Space
This is a standalone, very private home located on a working ranch in rural West Malibu. Expect nature, open space, and quiet—not city noise.
You’ll likely see deer, roadrunners, foxes, ravens, and other wildlife right from the patio. It’s peaceful, inspiring, and perfect for slowing down.
Where you’ll sleep
The home has three bedrooms (two fully private, one walk-through):
King Bedroom (Primary Suite):
Private room with direct access to the backyard, large closet, dresser, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom.
Queen Bedroom:
Private room on the opposite side of the house with Smart TV and wardrobe closet.
Twin Bedroom (Walk-Through):
Two twin beds and Smart TV. This room sits between the living room and the primary bedroom. Doors allow privacy, but access to the primary bedroom requires passing through this room unless you walk outside.

Primary Ensuite Bathroom:
Shower/tub combination, double sinks, toilet.
Main Bathroom:
Located off the living room with a large walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.
Fresh towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Horses live on the property. Please do not feed or approach them—fingers look like carrots.
Great Pyrenees guard dogs are present on the ranch. They bark to guard, not to attack.
