- You will have access to the driveway (2 assigned parking spots) and the entire 2nd + 3rd floor of this 2 family home (duplex).

- Laundry is located on the 3rd floor. The in-unit washer and dryer (2-in-1 combo machine) allows you to do a full cycle of laundry in 2 hours!

- You will have access to the private roof deck through the 2nd floor.

- The backyard is available for everyone to enjoy.

» This is a 2nd + 3rd floor apartment of a small multifamily family home (duplex). There is 1 apartment underneath that is occupied by the owner and no apartment above.
