The apartment is the perfect home base for exploring the County! With 2 bedrooms plus a bonus bunk room, there is room for two families or a gathering of friends (6ppl total). With an open floor plan, the well equipped kitchen and beautiful dining room are the perfect place to enjoy a meal or game of cards. The open and bright sitting room has a piano and gas fireplace and makes for cozy evenings in. Want to enjoy the county sunset? The large deck with bbq and patio furniture is the perfect spot to wind down from your day. The two full baths (one with accessible shower, the other with tub/shower combo) means getting ready in the morning is a breeze. Around the corner from all downtown Wellington has to offer, this is a gem of a retreat.

Guests access the house via spacious front porch equipped with bbq and outdoor dining furniture. This porch is wheelchair accessible. Access to main door is via a keypad. Details of access code will be provided upon check in.

Please note Act 1 is lower level flat and Act 2 is the upper level flat also rented out to guests. Separate units with each their own entrances.

Touchpad entry and text concierge means you can come and go as you please.

Quiet town on the shores of Lake Ontario. Lovely restaurants and shops with a friendly neighbourhood feel. A lovely pocket of Prince Edward County.

Parking is available FOC onsite. The parking lot is at the back of the house - fairly large for up to 6 vehicles.

There is little cab service here in Prince Edward County so it is best to have a vehicle to get around.
