This cottage built in 1901 is perfect for families, a couple's retreat, or a group of friends. With lots of space to relax inside and a perfect backyard for a BBQ, this place has it all.

There is a smart lock on the door - you'll be provided with the code the morning prior to arrival.

The home is located on a quiet street minutes away from the Beach, Farmers Market, The Drake Devonshire, and Midtown Brewing Company. We're a 20-minute drive to Sandbanks (for your summer adventures) and 30-minute drive to Batawa Ski Hill (for your winter adventures).

This house has a fire pit that you can use - there is a gas station a couple of minutes away with firewood for purchase.

If you choose to have a fire, you must follow the simple instructions to activate the burn permit.

Please note that the home is for sale, any showings to the public will be arranged around guest reservations. A lawn sign will be present on the yard.
