Lovingly known as “Good Day Sunshine,” this cheerful villa is all about easy coastal vibes. Relax on the balcony of this first-floor retreat and take in the ocean views letting any stress melt away. Inside, you’ll find a cozy king bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, smart TVs in both spaces, and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for simple meals in, and the stocked coffee bar is ready to start your mornings off right. From April through October, beach towels are provided, and there are always three beach chairs ready for your days in the sand. 🌞🌊🏖️

Guests will have access to one parking spot on premise, coin laundry, community pool, direct beach access with an outdoor shower station, a shaded picnic area equipped with grills- all on property!

Used for security purposes, please be aware of video monitoring at the front door of the property.

We provide a "starter pack" of essentials to get you settled—soaps, paper products, dishwasher and laundry tabs, plus towels for each guest (2 bath towels, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel), along with a couple kitchen towels and rags.
The starter pack we provide is usually perfect for a weekend stay. If you’re staying longer, you may need to pick up a few extra supplies or plan to do laundry, as there is no maid service on site.

For your safety, please note these weight limits:
