3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2700sqft house with 3 bbq's, kayaks& pond, fireplace, indoor parking, laundry, central AC&heat, WIFI in Plainfield Massachusetts

The house is 2700 square feet, with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (full bath [shower and tub]), a large living room with fireplace, two streaming TV's & DVD player. It has a one-car garage, central air-conditioning and Gigabit high speed wireless internet. The house also has a clothes washer and dryer, a smoker, propane grill and charcoal BBQ, a screened-in gazebo, a porch, Hallockville Pond just behind the house and 10,000 acres of marked trails to hike and explore.

Sleeping :
-2 king-size beds, 2 queen bed, 1 double bed, a queen futon beds, a double mattress on the floor, an inflatable mattress, a crib, and two couches.

Kitchen :
-Everything you could possibly need for breakfast as well as a delightful dinner.
-Fully stocked kitchen, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, electric stove and oven and eat-in kitchen
-A propane BBQ, a Smoker BBQ, and a charcoal grill.

-Two Flatscreen TV in the living room, Roku streaming device with Netflix and Amazon Prime, VCR & DVD player, BOSE surround sound amplifier with a headphone jack

-Wood-burning fireplace with wood provided

-16 foot C shaped grey couch in the living room.

We recently painted the main interior areas, added new upstairs bathroom flooring, installed cherry-red benches outside and white outdoor Adirondack chairs.

Additionally, we have a new Ninja pressure air fryer, stainless steel stove and oven, LG clothes dryer, installed lights in the living room, and several other great improvements.

In 2016, a manageable railroad log stairs behind the house down to the pond were built.

2 single kayaks, a tandem kayak, a standup paddleboard & inner tubes.

Rental is for the entire property, two-night minimum. All prices are shown in USD.
