About this place

Your Berkshire Farm Sanctuary Stay supports our mission of saving lives.

Berkshire Farm Sanctuary offers a respite from the stress of everyday life, a place where kind energy flows freely and where all beings are welcome to thrive, to be and to celebrate life. Here at BFS, our mission is to provide a lifelong safe haven for rescued animals and a home-away-from-home vacation experience for guests who share a love for animals.
While here, you will have the entire home to yourselves. We want your stay to be the getaway where happy lifelong memories are made.

The space
Berkshire Farm Sanctuary has been a lifelong dream for me. As the President of Save-A-Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption Center in Port Jefferson, Long Island, I have been dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals for more than 30 years. All my life, animals have been part of my soul, and BFS is the realization of a lifetime of dedication to this goal. We opened our 22 acre non-profit sanctuary gates in late Spring 2021 and have already welcomed amazing guests (we are so grateful for you!) All proceeds from our guests' stay will go to the care of our rescued farm animals, so you can feel good knowing that your getaway is helping to save lives! So, if you're planning on being in our area, please consider staying with us. All who enter our gates will be treated with kindness :-).

Guest access
Easy access off of Route 143, the driveway is long and there is plenty of parking for cars.

Other things to note
We are a non-profit organization.
100% of the cost of your stay goes to caring for our rescued animals!
