Opposite the open-plan kitchen is the spacious living and dining area, which creates a bright and inviting atmosphere with a large panoramic window and high ceiling.
The equipment includes a full HD TV, a satellite system and Smart TV as well as a 2.1 sound system that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of entertainment. The Colonia sofa bed and the spacious king-size master bed in the bedroom with high-quality mattresses guarantee the best sleeping comfort.
The bathroom, like the rest of the house, is modern and tastefully furnished. It has a large shower, heated towel rail, large LED-lit mirrors and plenty of storage space. This flat has central heating and free WLAN internet access.
