Additionally, we have recently installed a tankless water heater, guaranteeing that you will never run out of hot water. Unlike traditional water heater tanks that are limited by their size, a tankless water heater can provide a continuous supply of hot water for your entire family.

Furthermore, our property is powered by renewable solar energy, allowing you to enjoy a guilt-free experience while keeping the house temperature as cool as you desire.

Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad for easy, self-check-in and access during your stay.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS. No birthday parties or daytime kids' birthday parties as well. This neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and the houses are located close together. I want to be considerate of my neighbors, not allow any gatherings, and take up neighborhood parking spaces. Please do not ask for an exception. Exterior security cameras will be used to monitor parties or event activities.

This house is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea. The kitchen is equipped with cups, plates, pots, frying pans, and cooking utensils. However, the kitchen is not supplied with cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, etc. Not providing these items helps keep the kitchen extremely clean for every new guest. The only seasoning that is provided is salt and pepper.
