Any evidence of pets (including odors, hair, or damages) will result in additional fees. This policy is strictly enforced.

• Smoking indoors: $500

Smoking of any kind inside the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking (including odors, residue, or debris) will result in an immediate $500 fee.
