The space

Hi, this townhouse is our personal residence and is not a full time rental property. I am currently on a hiatus from work and my husband is a high school teacher with plenty of vacation days which provides us many opportunities to do what we love, traveling. While we are on the road, we rent out our home. In addition to its comfortable lived in feel and fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, it is ideally located for business travelers and tourists alike right in the heart of Dallas.

Our townhouse comes furnished with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with 1 king and 2 queen size beds and easily accommodates 6 adult guests. Two air mattresses are also available for guests that prefer individual sleeping arrangements. Children are also welcome and we have one pack 'n play available for any babies/infants in your party.

In addition to the living room, all three bedrooms come furnished with LED TVs with over the air access to local HD channels as well as Youtube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu and other streaming content via Apple TV, Amazon Fire and Roku. There is wireless internet access throughout the home. The living room entertainment center includes surround sound speakers in the ceiling.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils and cooking gear and with the farmers market just steps away you can easily whip yourself up a home cooked meal.

Guests will also have access to the laundry room which has a high efficiency front loading washer, dryer and is stocked with detergent, bleach and fabric softener.

On the rooftop terrace there is patio furniture and a shade umbrella for hanging out and enjoying the Dallas skyline and a gas grill in the event that you would like to grill up your own Texas BBQ.

There is space available for two cars in the attached garage along with additional street guest parking if needed.

Guest access
Guests will access the property through keypad locks on the front door and garage using their own individual passcodes.

As I'm sure you can understand, We like to know who is renting our house while we're away. Prior to submitting any reservation request please make sure that your profile is updated including a photo. Also, in your inquiry please include your reason for visiting Dallas and a brief description of the individuals in your party. I welcome first time Airbnb guests but if you don't have any history or references then I'll have to evaluate you based on your profile and info that you include in your reservation request so please be specific.

Inside our garage we have a 40 amp level 2 electric car charger with a J1772 connector and a maximum output of 9.6 kW of power. Guests with electric vehicles are welcome to charge their vehicles while parked in our garage at a rate of $0.20 per kW. Please let us know if you are bringing an electric vehicle prior to your arrival so we can make sure the charger is unlocked.

During the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas we require a three night minimum for reservations.

Early check-in at 12:00 pm or late check-out at 4:00 pm may be available for an additional fee of $50 when approved in advance.
