Hier befindet sich auch die grosse Terrasse, die Ihnen zur ausschliesslichen Nutzung zugeteilt ist. Der vorgelagerte Gartensitzplatz mit Grillmöglichkeit, steht Ihnen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung wird durch eine Bodenheizung geheizt und besitzt ein schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Eck-Badewanne, WC und Lavabo. Die Schlafräume haben einen Parkettboden, die übrigen Räume sind mit Keramikplatten belegt. Die beiden Zimmer (Doppel- & Dreierzimmer) sind nach West ausgerichtet. Der Wohnraum, Küche & Essplatz sind nach Süden ausgerichtet. Nichtraucher-Wohnung (Rauchen auf der Terrasse gestattet). Keine Haustiere3-Zimmerwohnung mit Doppel- & Dreibettzimmer.
