In the warmer summer months there are two window Air Conditioning units in the two top floor bedrooms. They are great and can cool the entire house. Heating is baseboard heat and every room has a thermostat.

• Big screen 57” 4K Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, Hulu and internet with a Bluetooth sound bar and subwoofer.

• One couch is a new memory foam sofa sleeper – Queen size, pillows and blankets provided.

CLEANING

*We use a Professional Cleaning company that always cleans, disinfects & sterilizes the home and hot tub for Every rental. Their disinfectant-cleaners are HOSPITAL Grade, much better than your normal household cleaners.

Amenities Essentials

• Beds all have pillows, comforters, & blankets. Linens and towels can be provided by a local company at an additional fee according to your number of guests and bed linen needs. I can take care of your linen order no need to add additional planning!

• Toilet paper/paper towels - With everyone's varying needs, sensitivities and allergies, we ask you to provide your own toilet paper/paper towels.

• Soap - Dishwasher soap is provided. Hand soap/dish soap, again with everyone's varying needs, sensitivities and allergies, we ask you to provide your own soap. There will sometimes be soap left by previous renters. If there is not soap you are responsible.

A/C

Air conditioning in the summer months are window units (June 21st - Sept 20th). *Lake Harmony rarely gets above 80 degrees and always drops to low temperatures at night. Remember to bring your jacket!
