Walk on real wood floors in the upper floor that is entirely dedicated to the main bath and main bedroom. As you reach the top of the stairs and enter the main suite, panoramic ocean views fill the room. It is luxurious and spacious with French doors opening to its own private deck. It’s airy and ethereal. A soft pallet helps you decompress and forget all your troubles. It is set up like a luxury hotel suite with two queen beds.
Bedroom #2 is a relaxing ocean view room. French doors frame the steady rhythmic ebbing of the waves and open up to the main deck. Real wood floors under a comfortable bed and hotel linens.
Bedroom #3 is a quiet oasis with a king bed, hotel quality linens, wood floors and dedicated workspace.
All rooms have blackout curtains. Two bedrooms downstairs - there is only one small step to get inside the house. And a main suite upstairs.
The fully stocked kitchen opens up to the deck that spans the width of the house. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay including new GE CAFE appliances, double oven and induction stove.
Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, living room bedroom... Or take our private steps down to the ocean and enjoy a swim.
There is a playground within a 2 min drive. The Ponte Vedra Amphitheater is North of us and the St Augustine Amphitheater is South of us. TGP is right up the world and golf courses are close by.

There is room for two to three cars in the driveway. There is room for 2 cars in the grass in front of the house. Do not park over the bike lane in the grass as you will be ticketed. Do not park across the street - there are NO PARKING signs.

Someone with limited disabilities can navigate our home. Two bedrooms one bathroom, kitchen and deck access are downstairs. A wheelchair can be rolled directly to the front patio. There is a small step and a thresh hold. The kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs. The bath has a tub/shower combo. There are not handles for handicap. There is a bedroom and ensuite upstairs.

Getting around
There is parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars. There is parking on the same side of the street for 1-2 cars. Park on the grass and do not block the bike lane - they will ticket. Do not park across the street. There are No Parking signs and we don’t want you to get a ticket.
