## GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

**Rental Agreement & Security Hold**
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, provide a valid photo ID for verification, and place a credit card on file. A security deposit hold may be placed on the card shortly before arrival. This is a hold, not a charge, and is released after departure if there is no property damage or ordinance violation.

**Cancellation & Travel Insurance**
Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, to help protect your trip from illness, flight interruptions, weather events, and other unexpected circumstances.

**Parking**
Please use the designated garage and driveway parking areas. Boats, trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles may be subject to Marco Island parking restrictions or permit requirements.

**Exterior Security Camera**
Exterior security cameras may be present at designated entry areas for property security. There are no cameras inside the home.

**Noise Ordinance**
Marco Island has strict vacation-rental noise regulations. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and comply with local quiet-hour and noise requirements. Guests are responsible for any fines caused by violations during their stay.

**Pool Heat**
The private pool is heated for guest comfort. Pool temperature can be affected by outdoor air temperatures, weather conditions, and equipment operating schedules. Pool heat pumps may temporarily stop operating during unusually cold weather to protect the equipment.

**Children**
Children are welcome. As with any home containing a swimming pool, adults are responsible for supervising children at all times. The home should not be considered fully childproofed.

**Bicycles & Recreational Equipment**
Complimentary bicycles and recreational equipment may be provided for guest convenience. Guests are responsible for determining that equipment is safe and appropriate for their use. Use is at your own risk.

Walking times vary by pace, route, beach entrance, and the amount of gear being carried. Please refer to the listing location information for the most current beach-access details.
