Be close to everything needed for a great family vacation while staying at our North Wildwood condo. Just steps to the beach, boardwalk, Seaport Pier, mini-golf, ice-cream, and much more. Amusement rides, water parks, and playgrounds all within walking distance.
Our second floor end unit with balcony provides a great view of the boardwalk and summertime Friday night fireworks!

The space
Our family condo has been recently renovated throughout to include new flooring, lighting, beds, and much more.
Main bedroom features a queen bed while the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. A full size sleeper sofa is also available in the living room.
Fully stocked kitchen with four burner electric stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dinnerware and utensils.
Roku smart TVs in the living room (50 inch) and main bedroom (40 inch) with WiFi available to access all your streaming services.
Pillows and quilts provided, but guests will need to provide their own bed sheets, towels, paper products, and toiletries.

Guest access
Rental includes one assigned on-site parking space (accessed from 22nd St.), heated pool for registered guests, outside shower area for rinsing off after the beach, and coin operated laundry.

Self check-in with electronic keypad and Ring doorbell.
Check in after 3:00 pm
Check out before 11:00 am
No smoking of any kind within the unit or anywhere on the property.
Condo Association requires that renters be 25 years or older and remain present throughout duration of rental period.
Guests are not permitted to bring pets.
Please note we do not provide sheets or towels. Our beds are covered with mattress protectors and have pillows & comforters.
