Beach apartment - Alboraya

Lovely apartment located directly on the beach (Patacona).

It is a quiet neighborhood on the outside of the city.

There are several nice restaurants and bars in the area.

Playa de la Patacona is a wonderful beach in Valencia. On this beach you will mainly meet the Valencians. The tourists go more to La Malvarrosa and Las Arenas. Playa de la Patacona is a nice beach with all kinds of nice beach bars. The Patacona beach is behind a pier.

On Patacona beach you can also enjoy delicious food and drink in one of the chiringuitos (beach tents). The chiringuitos are only open during the summer months. You can also enjoy a dinner with live music on Patacona beach.

If you want to go to Patacona beach from the center of Valencia then you can take the bus. Bus lines 2, 19, 31 and 32 run to Patacona beach. Another possibility is the bicycle, you can rent a bicycle in different locations in Valencia with which you can transport yourself through the city. From the center you can therefore easily cycle to Patacona beach.

We live in a neighborhood with other full time residents and therefore are not a suitable choice for parties or events. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 9am.
