Beach Access Home Venture Out Resort 2 Golf Carts - Panama City Beach

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay at our unique beach house nestled inside Venture Out Resort, a 100 acre gated golf cart community with 2 pools and many more amenities. Our home has 3 bedrooms, (1 king and 2 queen), and 1.5 bath. One bedroom is a pass-through room w/ an ensuite 1/2 bath. Perfect if you have children that want their own space. You have the use of 2 golf carts to enjoy the community. Our home has a huge porch that is perfect to relax and hang out with family and friends.

There are stairs outside the home and inside the home. There are hand rails on both sets of steps. The home is split on 2 levels. When you enter through the patio door you will enter into the kitchen/living room area. The full bath and one queen bedroom are also on this level. You will step down from the hallway into the bedroom with the king bed. Through this bedroom you will access the other queen bedroom that has an ensuite half bath.

Guest access
You have full access to our home and our 2 golf carts. You have full access to all of the amenities within the community. This is a family oriented community located on the east end of Panama City Beach, right next to St Andrew’s State Park.

Our HOA charges a $75 (plus tax) amenities fee per vehicle. You are allowed up to two vehicles per home. We have room for one vehicle at our house. The other one will have to be parked in overflow parking. We do not have the ability to wave the amenities fee.

Other things to note
You must be 25 years of age to rent our home, per our HOA. No exceptions will be made. You will need to provide a valid driver's license at the office when you check in. The person signing the rental agreement must be present the duration of the stay.

Golf cart is not allowed outside of the gated community except to travel across the street to our private beach access, clubhouse, and beach side pool.

No speeding or rough housing with the golf carts. No standing in the golf cart while it is moving. Every occupant must be seated while the golf cart is moving.

No pets per the HOA guidelines.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. No use of recreational drugs on the property.

Violations of any of the rules and regulations listed will result in removing you and your family from the property.
