Luxury Beach House on the Balboa Peninsula

BeachandSnowRentals offers this completely renovated home located on a quiet street one block from the beach, one block from the bay, 2 blocks from the ferry, the Fun Zone, and Balboa Village. Construction completed August 2018. Air conditioned.

All new interiors, furnishings, and housewares. New flooring, walls, doors, closets, plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bathrooms. Garage parking for one car and one additional driveway space. Full size washer/dryer. Walk to restaurants and shops.

Three bedrooms include a large master suite with a King Size bed and brand new tempurpedic sofa sleeper from American Leather - the most comfortable sofa sleeper available today. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has a full-size bed. All beds are brand new Westin Heavenly Dream Beds. Master bedroom sitting area can be closed off to create a private fourth bedroom. Every bedroom has a Smart TV. Upgraded stereo system in the living room allows guests to play music from a cell phone or online streaming service. Complimentary Wifi, printer/scanner for your use. Full Size Washer/Dryer. Beach shower in the garage allows you to enjoy the beach, but leave the sand outside. Beach towels, beach chairs, and 6 bicycles are provided for your use.

Property is a duplex. Upper level is also available for rental. Each residence has a separate private entrance.

My family and I have owned and managed vacation rentals since 2003. We own properties in the places we enjoy most including Newport Beach, CA, Laguna Beach, CA, Wailea Beach, Maui, and Mammoth Mountain, CA. I purchased this home because I love the beach, the water activities close by, and the small town feel of Balboa Village. I love to ride my bike on the beach path, and there are bikes available at the house for guests to use. Duffy boat rentals, SUP, kayaking, surfing and fishing are all easily accessible from this home. Restaurants, bars and shopping are an easy walk. I have a local team in place to assist my guests. My colleagues from Crown Concierge Services will greet my guests upon arrival and will be available for any needs that may arise. I too am local, and am always available to my guests.
