GUEST ACCESS

Park up to 6 cars in the driveway only; the Tesla Level 2 charger and 50 amp outlet charge one EV at a time. Security cameras cover the front door and the driveway. Emerald Lakes staff may ask for ID at the gate, and the pools, beach and lake need an amenity pass we help you set up after booking.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Kalahari's indoor waterpark is a 7-min drive, so a rainy fall day still ends in slides and a lazy river. Emerald Lakes is a wooded lake community with its own beach, lake and playground. Pine Tree Lake, with swimming and a playground on your amenity badge, is about a 5-minute walk. Our fall picks: Camelback Mountain Adventures (14-min drive), Mount Airy Casino Resort and its golf course (15-min drive), Great Wolf Lodge, Pocono Raceway and The Crossings Premium Outlets, each under 9 miles away. Community rules are real here: amenity passes, a 25 mph limit and registered cars.
GETTING AROUND
Everything we recommend is a short drive: Kalahari 7 minutes, Camelback 14, Mount Airy 15, with restaurants and groceries close by. Park up to 6 cars in the driveway; the Tesla Level 2 charger and 50 amp outlet charge one EV at a time. The community speed limit is 25 mph and cars must display the association ID.
