- An independent T2 accessible from the garden and also from the house, including a bedroom (bed 140x200) with shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine
- A bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a desk, and a wardrobe.
- A shower room and a separate toilet.
- A laundry room with 2 washing machines.
- A fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, one with a freezer section, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher.
- A very large living area with a dining side featuring a large table for 8 people and two tables for 4 people. On the living room side, two large sofas and 4 armchairs as well as a large television.

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200), wardrobe, and desk
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200), wardrobe, and desk
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200), wardrobe, and desk
- Two bedrooms with 1 single bed, wardrobe, and desk

The house has a Wifi connection.
The garden is equipped with some sun loungers and a large table for outdoor meals. Please note that the house is located on a central axis, so some noise activity may be perceptible. (only on one side of the house)
The exterior is equipped with outlets to charge cars, scooters, and electric bikes!
The house has 2 parking spaces, and it is also possible to park vehicles in front of the gate.

We remind you that arrival is done autonomously via a key box.

-For your comfort and to travel light, you will find upon arrival: A clean accommodation! All the household linen: sheets (bed made), towels, dishcloths. Basic products (olive oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, hand soap, shower shampoo (1/person)). Pets are accepted upon request, for an additional fee of €15/pet/stay.
