Downstairs, you’ll find a generous sitting room with a wood-burning stove and a high-quality sofa bed. This opens into a comfortable dining room, and beyond that, a well-equipped large kitchen with table, range cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, and more. Both the sitting room and kitchen have double doors that open onto the garden. There’s also a large utility room — ideal for dogs, muddy boots, or wet weather gear — with built-in storage, a sink, washing machine, and a downstairs cloakroom.
