The bathroom with adjoining sauna, snail shower, bidet and toilet can be reached from the bed-sitting room.

There is a pebble beach with bathing jetty in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Marienleuchte lighthouse. The property borders on a military base. The ferry harbour Puttgarden is approx. 2 km away, Fehmarn's capital Burg with shopping facilities approx. 8 km. Fehmarn has a golf course and a water ski centre.
At the moment there may be noise pollution on the side facing away from the sea due to a building site.
