The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The 48 m² living room/kitchen offers plenty of room for a comfortable get-together. It is furnished with a sofa bed for two and has a fireplace. Each bedroom has a radiator and the bathrooms have towel warming racks.

The property to the manor house offers ocean views and has a garden and a separate entrance and is very private as it is fully protected from view. The 35m² patio is furnished with a table and six chairs, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue.

The large living room has two radiators and a large fireplace, ensuring warmth and offering a cosy atmosphere during the cooler winter months. The manor house was gutted and renovated in 2015. During the renovations, the fourth bedroom and the third shower room were added.

The Finca Montimar is located on the outskirts of Chio (Guia de Isora), a small original mountain village.
The beach by car is about 30 minutes.
A simple restaurant and a small supermarket are about 500m away.

The large event tent is a nice meeting place for all guests.
