Almost all flats in the complex have a size of around 40 square metres and are all the same size with a living-dining room-kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, terrace or balcony. Due to the "diagonal" arrangement of the other houses, most of the flats have beach and sea views, depending on the exact location. Some of the flats even have mountain views. This flat has a mountain view, if you go down the stairs 100 metres along the small path, you are already standing in the sand and enjoying the beach and the sea.
Depending on the flat, you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the balcony or terrace.

The destination El Cotillo
El Cotillo, the original coastal town in the north-west of Fuerteventura, lies far away from the hustle and bustle. Fishermen, individual tourists and wealthy majoreros, who have built their second homes here, meet in the alleyways of the old harbour district. The charming little town of El Cotillo is known as a paradise for surf cracks, high waves and good wind conditions. There is plenty of sun here. An alternative surf scene has established itself in El Cotillo, always on the lookout for new challenges. The conditions are ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing and traditional surfing. A small supermarket (delicious breakfast rolls/baguettes!) and other shops are just a 4 to 5-minute walk from the flat. A larger supermarket, a bank, numerous restaurants and bars, a laundry and other facilities can be found in the village of El Cotillo.
The "Urbanización LOS LAGOS"
The small settlement in which the "Balćon de Cotillo" flats were built is about a ten-minute walk from the "centre". The bright white houses were lovingly built here in the typical style of the Canary Islands. Due to the "privatisation" and the associated change in the management structure, a lot has been invested in the renovation of the complex, which is surrounded by well-tended gardens with palm trees, oleanders and much more.
High-speed 100/100Mbit cable (Fibra Optica), awning, balcony area for chilling out and dining area. Welcome to the 'Balćon de Cotillo' complex in El Cotillo in the north-west of the Fuerteventura Biosphere Reserve. This is our fourth flat which we opened after renovation work in December 2021. Beautiful mountain views.
