The landlord lives in Brigels and is personally reachable on-site in case of emergency. The manageable ski area/the mountain railways, the sports facilities (swimming lake, mini-golf course, playground...) and the shopping options in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 200 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back. Small pets only upon prior phone request to Mrs. Defuns and an additional CHF 50.00 cleaning fee. Non-smoking accommodation. Apartment without carpeted floors. Upon arrival, a garbage bag, dish soap/dish powder, household paper, and two toilet paper rolls are provided. Snow removal to the front door by the caretaker. A deposit of CHF 100.00 per booking must be paid to the landlord upon key handover. This will be refunded upon departure if no damages have occurred.
