The holiday apartment Anita 1 in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels is 80 m2 in size and was renovated and newly furnished in 2021/2022. Renovation of the windows and shutters is scheduled for after Easter 2025. The apartment has 5 beds and a sunny south-facing balcony. The entire apartment - except for the bathroom - is equipped with high-quality vinyl flooring in oak look. The apartment has central heating with radiators. In the basement, there is a ski and shoe room, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and a drying room for communal use. Upon arrival, a garbage bag, dish soap/dishwashing powder, household paper, and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Snow removal up to the front door is done by the caretaker. The landlord lives in Brigels and is personally reachable on-site in case of emergency. The ski area/cable cars, sports facilities (swimming lake, mini-golf, ...) and shopping options in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 200 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back. Parking is available directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Upon departure, the apartment should be left broom clean and the waste disposed of. Two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses 90x200 cm), two nightstands with bedside lamps, large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed with a mattress (90x200) and a bunk bed with 2 mattresses (90x200), wardrobe. Bed linen is provided. A children's bed can be reserved upon request for CHF 10.00.
Living/Dining Room:
Extendable dining table, sofa, rocking chair, modern smart TV with over 200 digital TV channels and digital radio stations. A wood-burning stove in the living room adds to the cozy atmosphere and makes an active day outdoors perfect. Firewood for the stove must be brought by the landlord or can be obtained at Volg Brigels.

Furnished balcony facing south.
Kitchen:
Open modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, extractor hood, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. Includes complete and high-quality kitchen equipment with dishes and cutlery for double the number of people. Kitchen linen is provided.
Bathroom:
Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, double sink with mirror cabinet and toilet. Bathroom linen must be brought by the tenant or can be provided upon request for CHF 10.00 per person.
Conditions and Extras
A cleaning fee of CHF 15.00 applies for the use of the wood-burning stove. This can be paid directly on-site. Firewood for the stove must be brought by the tenant or can be obtained at Volg Brigels.
