The space
(Important note: although we have a nice dock area, it doesn't work well for those who wish to arrive via boat. It takes about an hour to get to our place from the Gulf on water because of idle speeds required and twisting, often shallow waters. The dolphins and manatees love it, but not good for boat traffic.)

Guest access
Our entire home is available, except for the garage, which we have to use for storage. This includes the home, front yard, side yards, swimming pool, dock, and floating dock. Our property has a boat slip but it is not currently operational, and navigating to our place on the water is a long and difficult journey from the Gulf.
