Supermarket 40 m, restaurant, bar, café 20 m, railway station "Malgrat de Mar" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 65 km, Blanes 7 km, Mataro 35 km, Girona 45 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
