The space
Our home has many luxuries you wont find at other rentals, we stay here when we can while its not being rented so you have everything you might have forgotten to bring at your disposal. Need pancake mix and syrup, you have it! Instead of boarding puppy(s) bring them for just an additional $55 each! Please limit to 2 - 3 only.

you are not required to rent the item for your entire stay, it can be for a single day, the owner will set out and return them once the rental period is over.

The large 1200 sq ft back deck is perfect for parties, large gatherings, or weddings. Please let us know if you want to organize a party with a large number of attendees as we can provide special pricing for events! We will work along side you to make your event memorable and carefree.

We have worked hard to ensure our home has everything to make memories with families big / small and friends. The bathrooms are SPA inspired with have custom rain shower heads and skylights the master features a jetted Jacuzzi tub to sink into to relax. All the mattress as memory foam to wrap your body up after that long day of fun in the sun. All the beds including the bunkroom will accommodate a person up to 6'4" comfortably. We also have a sit in driving video game for the gamers!

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans and utensils for indoor and outdoor cooking, we also have spices, and Tupperware containers to store leftovers for the next day. There is a multi-cup Keurig and a small traditional coffee pot, a waffle maker, expresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, and a 5 burner gas stove with convection oven. You will love cooking in this kitchen because you are still part of what is happening in the living area!

Outside we have horseshoes, a large tire swing, corn hole, 1200 sq ft back deck with seating and a propane fed table to enjoy a glass or two of wine. There lots of land to run around and use up that youthful energy we all wish he had.

If your into sports, don’t worry we have you covered there too, there is a large 75 inch television in the living room with DIRECTV to watch any of your favorite sports or movies, if you want to watch them in piece and quite, the master bedroom features a 70 inch tv that you can watch while sitting comfortable in the adjustable king size bed getting a massage from the vibrating feature.

If you are not into the hot summer sun or the lake, stay back at the house and enjoy our game room with a card table and poker chips or any of the 30+ games on the casino style slot machine.

End your day on one of the many decks or sitting around the Ranch Style grill making smores and gazing at the stars that are brighter and more plentiful without all the light from the city. There is plenty of bug spray at the house to use for keeping the mosquitoes away after all this is the country. If the outdoors is not your style, sit back in the large 2 person jetted tub in the master bedroom and look out the window at the stars or just relax surround by candles.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the main house and all the areas around the home (except for the garage) with an extensive area for parking for cars, RVs, and/or boats.

The detached garage is being converted over to a home for the owners so they will be onsite at all times in case you have any issues or concerns.

Other things to note
Around the home you will occasionally see wildlife like a family of deer, cows, and even large wild cats. Please DO NOT leave small children outside alone without supervision. We have done everything we can to ensure your safety but the home is out in the country and you never know what will come visit. Children and pets should be supervised at all times! Please do note that while we accept dogs there are some additional rules that request when being accompanied by a pet. If damages are incurred by a person or pet while renting the house, the renter will be fully responsible for fixing, replacing, and/or costs for a new item starting at $75. ABSOLUTELY NO silly string allowed on this property!
