WE WELCOME YOU TO OUR HOLIDAY HOUSE - "ADELE" with 75 square metres of living space, it is operated under the "CIP idea" (continuous improvement process). This means that the suggestions and wishes that our guests leave as feedback at the end of their holiday are gradually implemented by us as far as possible. This brings our guests the highest quality of relaxation and us good ratings and occupancy rates.
Completely renovated from 2015! All furniture is new. Here you can enjoy a modern and luxurious holiday for little money.
Currently one of the few houses in this estate that has been completely renovated to an extremely high and modern standard. From now on the additional costs: (heating, water, electricity, rubbish, DSL are included in the rental price, so you can calculate your accommodation costs to the cent. !! Children under the age of 14 do not have to be stated because of the additional occupancy!
The holiday home has 2 separate bedrooms with their own WC. There is a further WC with shower on the ground floor. The comfortable living area is equipped with a relaxing couch, a Full HD flat LCD 37" with digital SAT reception and HD DVD and sound system with direct front connection for your MP3 player, as well as a DSL connection with 16,000 Kbit. The living room has direct access to the fenced and furnished terrace with sunbathing lawn, which will be enlarged from Easter 2014! The couch can be converted into a bed for 2 additional guests. This means that the maximum occupancy of 6 people can be reached (but this is only recommended with children), or by using the functional bed and functional couch in the 2nd bedroom, which are available free of charge on request.
The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher enables optimal self-catering, now you can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee or a latte etc. from the Jura ENA 7 coffee machine (Made in Swizerland) in the morning.
Experience romantic evenings by a cosy open fire (unfortunately we had to remove the fireplaces due to new legislation). The house "ADELE" also has a baby high chair and baby cot (please request before arrival).
AS THE ONLY HOLIDAY HOUSE in this complex, it also has a large sun terrace protected from view and wind with all-day sunshine and furniture, which can be locked so that your toddler is protected from "unauthorised excursions"! The adjoining barbecue opens up further possibilities for self-catering. Storage room for garden furniture and winter sports equipment is available.
House Adele is rented without pets and is therefore allergy-friendly!
House Adele was completely renovated in January 2015 in the living area, i.e. a state-of-the-art new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher as well as Jura fully automatic coffee machine was installed, the floors were renewed, a completely new colour scheme of the living rooms, as well as a level access to the shower is created.
2016** NEWLY UPGRADED WITH A RELAX LED BACKGARNITURE, as well as complete renovation of the sleeping areas incl. new furnishings February 2017 **.
Arrival from 2.00 pm - departure until 9.30 am. Pets are welcome, provided that they are: character-proof, are not placed on seating, reclining and sleeping furniture. Please bring suitable documentation for this. The property is fenced and made accessible with a gate from the access road and from the living area. In the high season and in the rest of season 1 only whole week bookings are possible.
The holiday village is surrounded by meadows, fields and woods on the outskirts of Zandt. The district town of Cham is approx. 10 km away and offers various shopping facilities. There are beautiful hiking and cycling trails, children's playgrounds and a football pitch next to the holiday home complex. Also in the neighbourhood: Nature and leisure parks, fishing opportunities, canoe/boat hire; swimming lake; horse riding; doctor, dentist, hairdresser, shop, butcher's shop; massage practice; restaurants and café; electrical shop etc. weekly events; beautiful nature and leisure park; sports field; fishing, mountaineering, cycling, golf, inline skating, canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding, horse riding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, tennis, hiking. Zandt is very centrally located to the many sights and to the Czech Republic (only 25 km) with favourable shopping facilities. Day trips to Prague, Pilsen, Marienbad Karlsbad, Krummow - Budweis, Passau, Regensburg, Munich etc. are possible without any problems.
