One of the (parents') bedrooms (with double bed) is located on the ground floor and is therefore ideal for bringing the grandparents. The boat harbour is only 40 m away, the canal there has a connection to Greetsiel and Emden; in summer by (paddle) boat, in winter partly by skate. A nice public playground is only a few steps away, so you can leave the children alone. A restaurant and shopping facilities are approx. 3 km away. No letting to fitters.
