🏡 Comfortable Seaside Villa in Greece – Ideal for Families and Groups of Friends

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our spacious and comfortable villa, located in the peaceful coastal region of Pieria, Greece, close to both the sea and the mountains. The beach is approximately 1 km away (about a 15-minute walk).

Nearby you will find cafés, restaurants, a fresh fish market, a grocery store, a children’s playground, a doctor, and a pharmacy. A local vendor passes by daily selling fresh fruit and vegetables, and traditional markets are held in nearby villages three times a week.

The main villa has two floors, each measuring 120 m². Every floor features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, accommodating 6–7 guests.

We provide free Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels, including one linen change during your stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. Air conditioning is available for an additional €8 per day.

There are also two double rooms, each with a private bathroom and shower.

In addition, the property includes a separate guest house for 4–5 guests, featuring a bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchenette, and private bathroom.

Guests can enjoy a spacious garden and courtyard, a barbecue area, and private parking for up to six cars.

Meals can be arranged on a half-board basis, or guests may prepare their own food in the fully equipped kitchens.

The surrounding area offers many attractions, including Mount Olympus, the Enipeas Gorge with its waterfalls, the ancient city of Dion, the beautiful beaches of the Olympic Riviera, Platamon Castle, traditional mountain villages, monasteries, and the famous Meteora.
