This comfortable three bedroom house with two spacious bathrooms is ideally suited for a small family or friends on vacation. Originally built in 1865 and it has been renovated with all the modern amenities needed for a throughly enjoyable stay. Centrally located in the popular Hamlet of Callicoon - "walking distance" to popular restaurants, a movie theatre, the Delaware River, boutiques, a full service Supermarket, the famous Sunday "Farmer's Market" as well as exciting attractions, great hiking trails and small quaint towns nearby. Centrally located to PA and NY sights.

This renovated house offers a new kitchen with all the modern amenities you may need. The living room and dining room are very cozy with a 52" smart TV for your enjoyment with an electric fireplace for ambiance and additional heat if needed. The bay window offers more seating for you and your guests. The counter top from the kitchen to the dining area offers additional seating for your dining. The house has AC and heating. The bedrooms upstairs have RoKu smart TV's.

The sliding door in the kitchen gives you a great view of the cozy deck and the backyard. You can sit on the deck as well as a picnic table in the backyard (Seasonal). An electric grill is on the deck for your use if you prefer to grill. (Seasonal)

Step into the backyard and you can relax around the campfire pit on the Adirondack chairs. You can have a campfire during all seasons in our backyard. Easily purchase wood in town at Pecks or at the gas station. Turn on the lights in the evening as you sit around the campfire pit and enjoy!

Numerous games are available as well as a guest booklet and flyers from the area for your decide what you may want to do during your stay.

A Keurig coffee maker, a tea kettle, a few coffee pods, teas, hot chocolate, sweeteners and some creamers. You may want to bring more pods if you enjoy a lot of coffee!

We are open winter, spring, summer and fall. Callicoon and the Catskills always offer great activities during all seasons. Ask about certain seasonal discounts.
