2600 Sq ft house with 5 bedrooms, a cool host, and an even cooler puppy. I used to live in the master bedroom and have been hosting single rooms and meeting a ton of guests. So the master bedroom is currently being remodeled and I am getting beachier furniture. The space
The pictures make the place seem smaller than it is but, it is big. 2600 Sq ft for you and all your friends :) Big property in a nice quiet neighborhood in the center of PCB only a mile from the beach.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house minus the garage. I am using it for storage.

You are excluded from this rule if are a snowbird upon the right price. Make me an offer. We can completely change all the furnishings in this house.

Other things to note
I lived in this house while I rented it out on Airbnb for 5 years just to develop a name for myself on this app. (Sep 2027 is when I’m getting serious about listing this whole property for sale through the winter months) It honestly was a really fun and wacky time. Was super cool but the novelty ran off. Saw the best and the worst of people and just lived like that for 5 years. I should’ve documented more of the interactions I had tbh. I did all this to build a solid report on Airbnb and I believe that my reviews speak for myself and it’s a nice house. Lots of people are scared to book a shared house. Anyway the house is a little beat up currently. I need some help getting her back on her feet and I think the best way to do that is to get her listed.
