✔ a 3/4 bathroom with a spacious standing shower, a powerful & efficient exhaust fan, as well as plenty of storage space
UC-Health Memorial Central Hospital and the National Olympic Training Center are located just down the block from our tiny home. This is a perfect location for traveling medical, athletic, academic professionals wishing to live close to where they work!

As our guests, you'll have access to your own private gated driveway which can hold 2 average sized vehicles or 1 large vehicle.
During your stay, you will have private access to the side patio and private fenced yard.

Central Colorado Springs is a diverse and vibrant area known for its historic charm due to its Victorian, Craftsman, Tudor design homes which reflect the neighborhood's rich history.
The neighborhood is close to downtown Colorado Springs, providing residents with easy access to dozens of restaurants, boutique shops, cultural attractions, and entertainment venues. Our tinyhome is definitely suited for those people who want to be in close proximity to the city core but still want to stay in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
Colorado Springs hosts many community events and festivals celebrating local art, music, and culture. throughout the year, fostering a sense of community among the residents of downtown Colorado Springs.
Some of Colorado Spring's best parks and trail systems such as Acacia Park, Monument Valley Park, and the Shooks Run Trail are located very close to our tinyhome.
The neighborhood is well-connected in terms of public transportation (including bike + scooter rentals), making it easier for residents to commute to other parts of the metro area as needed.

From I-25, take exit 142 to W Bijou St
Continue straight onto N Sierra Madre St which turns slightly left and becomes W Kiowa St.
Turn left onto N Nevada Ave
Turn right onto E Boulder St.
Turn right onto N Institute St.
Turn left onto the alleyway which runs parallel to E Boulder St.
Our home will be located on the right-hand side. Please open up the wooden gate to access the private driveway where you can park up to two vehicles.
Please ensure that the gate is shut and latched whenever possible.
Our home is professionally cleaned by some of the best vacation rental cleaners that we know and we have all of our linens and towels professionally laundered at Laundry Time Circle, the best and largest laundromat in Colorado Springs.
