The chalet is made up of two independent apartments booked together, giving your group the full property and excellent flexibility.

Manor 1 – Upper duplex apartment
Manor 1 is the premium first-floor duplex apartment, arranged over two levels. It features 4 bedrooms, AC in every bedroom, a luxury kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 balconies and direct views of Reichenbach Falls.

The main living area has high ceilings and a beautiful mezzanine floor, creating a dramatic alpine chalet atmosphere. The furnishing style blends traditional Swiss character with modern luxury comfort.

Manor 2 – Ground-floor apartment
Manor 2 is the spacious ground-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private kitchen, living/dining area and direct access to the terrace and garden.

This apartment is ideal for guests who prefer ground-floor access or for part of the group that wants a little extra privacy.

Outdoor areas
The chalet includes garden access, a BBQ area, terrace space and 2 balconies. When booked as the whole chalet, these areas are private to your group.

Views
Enjoy mountain and waterfall views from the property, including direct views of the famous Reichenbach Falls from Manor 1 and its balconies.

Your group will have access to all 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, 2 kitchens, multiple living and dining areas, 2 balconies, the terrace, garden, BBQ area, ski storage and on-site parking.

Manor 1 is a first-floor duplex arranged over two levels, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. Manor 2 is located on the ground floor.

When booked as the whole chalet, no other guests will share the property during your stay.
