The first floor features a spacious open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that includes a dishwasher, a custom island counter/breakfast bar, a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), and a DVD/monitor, plus one full bath with a laundry cubby including a washer and dryer, and a second 3/4-bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals three generous size bedrooms, including one bedroom with 1-king size bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a third bedroom with 1-queen size bed, plus a divided loft with 2-full size beds, and a separate sitting area. Just outside the back door is a large deck with an outdoor gas grill (propane provided) and a gazebo covered hot tub...perfect for winding down after a fun day on the mountain. This WIFI, EV Charger-equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf.
