This one bedroom privately owned residence is 855 sqft and is equipped with 3 separate beds: 1 king bed and 1 twin sleeper sofa in the bedroom and 1 queen sized memory foam pullout couch bed in the living room.

Arrival Form:
** Housekeeping requires 24 hour notice to setup housekeeping to your residence.** I will assist you with communicating your preferences to the hotel.

Parking :
$50/day in the garage or $60/day with valet

Resort Fee:
- A $50/day resort fee is added into our nightly price and we pass this along to the hotel for you.

Concierge Service:
- The hotel is not providing concierge services to residential guests. If you require assistance please reach out to us. This includes shuttle services to and from the airport.

Baby Equipment:
- We provide a Pack and Play in our unit free of charge. The hotel does not offer full sized cribs to our unit. Any additional baby supplies must be brought with or rented.

- There are CCTV monitoring cameras in all common areas of the hotel as well as the entry way to our unit.
