Step onto the large 2nd floor oceanfront balcony and watch for signs of dolphins, flying fish, rays and whales while you listen to the soothing ocean waves and watch surfers catch the beautiful waves! Enjoy comfortable front row seats to amazing sunsets every evening. Watch beach goers walk along the clean sand. Our condo is on the 2nd floor of a three story building directly on the beach. Incredible views. Huge pool and jacuzzi area. The transition from pool to beach is almost effortless. Morning beach walks are a treat every day.

Relax in the large beautiful master bedroom with a very comfortable big King bed, and floor to ceiling patio doors that open onto the ocean front deck/terrace. Experience expansive ocean views while taking a shower or bath in the ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the double sinks and the large walk in closet.

The large second / guest bedroom includes a very comfortable Queen bed and ample closet space.

The 3rd bedroom has a full sized pullout sofa.

The master and guest bathrooms both have rain showers. The master bath includes a soaking tub with excellent views of the ocean. The guest bath walk-in shower has a lovely stone floor that massage your feet!

All bath towels and bed linens are provided.

All areas are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an amazing ocean view. You can choose to dine in, on the balcony or eat out at the many delicious restaurants in San Pancho.

Along with the buildings water purification system, there is an additional RO water purification system in the kitchen that is regularly maintained.

Enjoy the large, beautiful pool with easy shallow end beach-like access and large jacuzzi hot tub that the new condo complex has. Turn to the left and your feet are in the sand and to the right they are in the pool!

GETTING THERE
It's easy to get to San Francisco/San Pancho from the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) or the new Tepic International airport (code: TPQ) via taxi, Uber, rental car or arranged driver. It’s a 45-minute drive through the beautiful tropical jungle corridor. (Host can help arrange airport transport)

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
1) This is a smokefree property.
2) All bed linens, bath linens, and beach towels are provided.
3) The green umbrellas and chairs on the beach directly in front are for guest use free of charge.
