House Rules

Smoking is in designated areas only.
1 parking place per unit.
Bikes go on bike racks only.
Pool closes around 8:00. (sometimes a little later if it is nice and warm)
No children in pool without adult supervision.
Pool outdoor shower is to the left of Unit 112.
Grills in courtyard are for everyone's usage and should be cleaned after use.
At 11:00 PM, we ask that the noise level is reduced to a minimum in the courtyard.
Trash is dumped in cans provided by the shower and around the complex. Any special trash like construction materials need to be arranged for dumping. There is an added costs for any trash beyond regular household trash.
Ruben is our maintenance person and is available for all condo repairs. Private property work can be arranged with him however that cost is between the owner and Ruben.
There is a coin op laundry room on the first floor in the breezeway. There is also a laundry room for owners which is the last door on the left in the breezeway.
Laundry room usage requires emptying the lint screen and maintaining a clean environment.
