Location says it all, you’ll be near the Crest’s bike-path, a short distance from the water parks, rides, games & shops on the famous Wildwood Boardwalk!

Building details: Our building is secure with access via a pass code for the elevator & stairwells. Covered parking (assigned spaces) is conveniently located near the elevator, 2 spaces are provided. On Friday nights throughout the summer (and on the 4th of July and during other special events), enjoy the fireworks from the rooftop of the building, easily accessible by elevator. The pool area is lovely with its generous supply of chaise lounges, a large heated pool (w/ separate kiddie area), an outdoor shower for rinsing off & a bathroom steps from the pool. Bring your favorite food and be sure to grill while at the pool, we have 2 gas grills and 2 large tables. Also, the entire complex is readily accessible for those in wheelchairs. Pool opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes Labor Day Weekend.

Location extras:: The famous Wildwood boardwalk, w/ its incredible water parks, rides, shops, games, food & fun, is around a ½ mile north. Leave behind the hassle of the car & take the trolley that stops right in front of our building. The Crest’s bike path is steps away, great for biking or a stroll with the kids along the beach. You can bring your bikes with you (there’s room for them in the storage unit) or there is a bike rental 2 blocks south of our condo. There is a wonderful children’s playground two blocks away. Enjoy recreational activities in picturesque Centennial Park which is directly across the street. Seasonal concerts throughout the summer and during special events are held there so enjoy the sights and sounds from your balcony, it’s free! There are frequent craft shows during the summer located 2 blocks south, do a little shopping! For a day trip, consider historic Cape May (15 minute drive), the casinos in Atlantic City (45 minute drive) or the Cape May County Zoo (15 minute drive).
