Our one bedroom condo is located right across the street from the beautiful, pristine 12th street beach where you can surf fish before 10am or after 5:30pm. Swim the waves or sunbathe at the beach during the day or relax at the heated pool with adjacent kiddie pool.

The shared balcony is perfect for your early morning cup of JAVA or nighttime cocktails. Stroll or bike to the boardwalk just a few short blocks away. (Bike racks are available)

The Oasis is perfect for couples or small families. No more than six occupants allowed but 4 or 5 is more comfortable.

THE SPACE:

The one bedroom includes a full and queen-size bed and futon to extend the living space, a roomy closet and new flat Screen TV.

The living room contains a newer full-size sofa bed, flat screen TV and spectacular views .

The updated and fully stocked kitchen contains a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee pots (Keurig and 12-cup).

The property provides coin-operated laundry facility, outdoor grills, ping pong tables, shuffleboard and corn hole.

** Ping pong, corn hole and shuffleboard are not available this summer due to COVID-19 restrictions.

This is a no-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the condo and all outside areas of the property including courtyard, balconies and parking lot.

We only rent to 25 years or older!
