The space
Condo is located in 5th floor of the Araliya court apartment complex, which altogether consists of 37apartments.

Guest access
Condo is spacious, consisting a modern living room, 3 bed rooms, a kitchen, dedicated study room and a dining area. There are two balconies. Guest can use roof top pool area, gymnasium also. Vehicle can be parked free of charge.

Other things to note
1. Standing out as a Green Vacation Rental.

1.1 In need of keeping property as an eco friendly vacation rental, we use sustainable amenities as much as possible.
1.2 Single use plastics, cups have been avoided as much as possible.
1.3 Eco friendly cleaning products used to clean the property and toiletries.
1.4 A comprehensive recycling plan was given and we collect organic materials, paper, plastics and glass separately.
1.5 Live plants have been kept inside and outside the apartment to make sure the environment is more lively and eco friendly.
1.6 We are using pest control methods in a very minimal level, as most of the insecticides are bio hazards. (You may encounter ants, lizards, spiders here and there) It is for you and your children's protection that we are not using pesticides. Therefore, please keep the space clean as much as possible. Don't keep feeding insects during the stay.
1.7 Please keep windows and doors shut after 6pm, as mosquitos tend to come inside. Keeping mosquitos away will prevent you from mosquito bites and vector bourne diseases such as dengue, which is a common disease in SL.
1.8 Because of the structure, it is impossible for us to use renewable energy. But to save electricity, we are using gas burners and air-conditioners with latest technology for bedrooms.
We kindly expect our guests to do the needful to save electricity. Please switch off unnecessary lightbulbs during your stay and switch off air-conditioners and lightbulbs when you go out.
1.9 As a green vacation rental, we do housekeeping, change of bedsheets, change of towels once a week. If guests need services more frequently, feel free to contact NM at anytime.

2. Arranging airport pickups, transport and tours through our integrated service, Olive Tours.

We can arrange Airport pickup and drop off on request. We are arranging tours within the city limits and around the country on custom basis. However, discussing before the arrival makes it easier for us to do arrangements with ease.

3. Community development projects
We are discussing working with 'charity for life', which is a government licensed non-profit organisation, for the betterment of people in the society. Donations are not accepted at the moment.
