Inside, the open floor plan flows from kitchen to living room straight to the lanai. The gray tufted sectional faces a smart TV on a whitewashed barn-door console. Coastal artwork throughout — Marco Island aerials, sailboat prints — makes it feel like a home, not a rental.
The kitchen is fully renovated: white shaker cabinets, marble quartz countertops, crystal chandelier over the peninsula, two leather bar stools for happy hour. Stainless appliances: French door fridge with ice maker, electric range, microwave, dishwasher. Drop-leaf dining table seats two and expands to four. Built-in wine rack — bring a bottle.
The king bedroom: white woven headboard, hotel-quality linens, two nightstand lamps, palm-leaf ceiling fan, and a bedroom TV. The bathroom features a walk-in glass shower with a glass-block window, penny-tile mosaic floor, rain and handheld showerheads, and a double marble quartz vanity.
Beach kit in the closet: two chairs, umbrella, cooler with ice packs, beach bag, and towels. In-unit washer/dryer, 900 Mbps WiFi, plus full starter supplies: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper. Pack light.

The island is very easy to navigate. Most guests come with their vehicle or a car rental, but if you don't have a car it is very easy to get around the island via Uber. For a fun experience try to get a ride on an island golf cart.

GUEST ACCESS
You have full access to the entire condo: screened lanai, in-unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen, and the complete beach kit. Entry is via a smart lock — your personal code arrives before check-in, no keys to pick up. The Riverside Club's resort amenities are yours: large waterfront pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and tiki BBQ area. Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM.

PARKING
One parking space included in the open surface lot. Vehicles must be registered on the first business day of your stay — vehicle information submitted to the Riverside Club office per community rules. From December 15 through April 15, all guest vehicles are required to park in the designated outer lot. Please plan accordingly during peak season.

HOUSE RULES
Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM. Maximum 2 guests. No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property — condo, lanai, hallways, or common areas. Riverside Club is a quiet residential community; please be mindful of neighbors in the evenings. No parties or events. Vehicles must be registered with the building on the first business day of your stay; December 15 – April 15 all vehicles park in the outer lot. Please treat this space with care — it's our home away from home, and we hope it becomes yours too.
