TIPS
1. Before heading in, screen shot the check-in details and download an offline map for directions in case you do not have signal
2. We do provide routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs.
3. We provide a pack-n-play, but you will need to bring your own sheets for the pack and play.
4. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
5. Bears are roaming the Smoky Mt area. Please don't keep any food in the car or out on the deck. Any trash should be in the caged trash cans and sealed.
6. We highly recommend trip insurance just in case you have to cancel for any reason.

Dogs only with an additional pet fee of $75 per stay, up to 3 dogs. Must be house trained. Confirm with host before booking, certain breeds are not allowed, as per the home insurance policy. Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds.
Dogs should not be left unattended inside or outside the home. If leaving your dog inside the house please place them in a crate. Pooping/peeing outside the house only (please pick up any poop).

Any dogs brought without permission or that break any of these rules will result in an additional fee if $500 and guests may be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Other things to note
Must be 21 years old or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum (including children). Each additional unauthorized guest will be $50/guest).

No parties.

No smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, recreational drugs or weed in the cabin. If this rule is not followed there will be a higher cleaning fee (additional $700 in addition to the regular cleaning fee) to remove the smoke smell with the ozone air purifier.

No check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving or Christmas, as our cleaning is spending time with their family.

Any new purchases made on the cable TV plan while staying at the cabin will be passed onto the guest.

Fire extinguisher is located beneath the kitchen sink.

Please check for all your belongings prior to checking out, as we are not liable for any forgotten belongings.

Early check-in (2 pm) and late check out (12 pm) will incur an additional fee of $100, as it would require additional cleaners to clean the house in a limited amount of time.

Our space is located in the woods. Though we treat the exterior to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife.

Travel is rewarding, but sometimes things don’t go as expected. People can get sick, flights can get canceled, inclement weather conditions. and bags can go missing. To help protect you, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance and assistance services, prior you your trip.
