🌿 Other Things to Note

- As part of the preparations for the upcoming façade project, black safety netting will be installed along the south side of the building. The netting will extend across the balconies of the 09 lines and is being implemented as a precautionary measure to enhance safety for all residents and visitors.

- The building management requires all guests aged 18 and over to provide a government‑issued photo ID (driver’s license or similar for U.S. guests and passport for international guests). Please send this to us and have your IDs ready to present at the front desk upon arrival.

- The pool is open Saturdays and Sundays only. All amenities are subject to availability and may occasionally be closed at the discretion of building management. You may confirm availability with the front desk during your stay.

- The building is undergoing hallway renovations. Some elevators may also be occasionally unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure a comfortable stay.

🔒 Security Deposit – Important to Know

A security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.
