You have access to the entire condo, as well as the River Crossing amenities, such as the community pool, picnic area, and grills. You will also have access to the North Tower pool within Barefoot Resort with our keycard.

We want your stay to be relaxing and seamless! We are available if you need anything during your stay.

Check-in is fully self-service using a secure keypad, so you can arrive anytime after check-in without needing to coordinate a meeting time.

Our team is available to assist with any questions before or during your stay. The fastest way to reach us is through the Airbnb messaging platform, and we respond promptly during normal business hours.

If an urgent issue arises during your stay, you can also call us directly - we are available at any hour to assist with urgent issues.

- The North Tower Pool is an outdoor saltwater pool with seasonal hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (May to October). Please note the beach cabanas are not included and are for North Tower guests only.

**The North Tower pool and hot tub facilities are scheduled to be closed for maintenance from February 1st to March 31st 2026

-The Hot Tub at the North Tower is open year-round from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

-The shuttle service is operational seven days a week and runs from May until Labor Day Weekend. After Labor Day, it runs weekends only until the end of October. The shuttle runs about every hour starting at 9am until 4:30pm from locations around the resort and from the beach at 46th avenue North. Shuttle will stop & pick up at golf driving range and Barefoot Landing upon request. Rider must tell driver upon entering shuttle.
